Does Stellantis N.V. support Israel?

Stellantis, through its wholly owned subsidiary FCA Italy S.p.A., signed a memorandum of understanding with the Israel Innovation Authority to cooperate on smart-mobility innovation: the Authority helps identify Israeli technologies and funds the Israeli startups, while Stellantis supports their R&D, marketing and global scale-up. Stellantis said it had already scouted more than 30 Israeli startups, focused on driving assistance, cybersecurity and Industry 4.0, with proof-of-concept projects underway.

Stellantis partnered with Israeli company Electreon Wireless in the "Arena del Futuro" pilot in Italy, a 1,050-meter test circuit where Electreon's under-road coils dynamically charged a Fiat New 500 (and an Iveco bus) while driving; Stellantis and Iveco announced successful inductive-charging test results in June 2022.

Stellantis named Israel-based Vayyar among the 11 top-performing startups honored at its 2023 Venture Awards, recognizing Vayyar as a technology partner (not a Stellantis Ventures portfolio investment) whose 4D imaging-radar platform is used for in-cabin monitoring and safety features such as seat-belt reminders and child-presence detection.
