Background
MGM Resorts International, the Las Vegas-based casino and hotel operator, has no operations in Israel: its SEC filings contain no mention of the country, and no corporate donations, statements, or partnerships supporting Israel were found. Its employee-funded MGM Resorts Foundation grants go to Southern Nevada community causes, and its PAC contributes to U.S. federal candidates of both parties with no pro-Israel committees among recipients. It is a separate company from the MGM film studio (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer), which Amazon acquired in 2022.
