Its Israeli connection is corporate and commercial: two Israeli subsidiaries listed in its SEC filings, an Israeli workforce documented as far back as 1999 through equity-plan paperwork, and — reported in July 2025 from shipping records, not from ADI itself — component shipments from its Philippine plant to Israeli defence manufacturer Elbit Systems during 2024. ADI once ran a larger Israeli development site: trade press reported that it closed an R&D centre near Tel Aviv responsible for the TigerSHARC DSP architecture at the start of 2006, though the only source located for that closure was an outlet whose archive could not be verified as reachable, so it is not listed as evidence.
