Does Datadog support Israel?

Datadog completed its acquisition of Ozcode, an Israeli live-debugging/code-level observability company based in Ramat Gan, on November 4, 2021 — its first acquisition in Israel. Terms were not disclosed. Ozcode's CEO Shimon Hason went on to head Datadog Israel.

Datadog acquired Seekret, an Israeli API-observability company, announced August 4, 2022. The price was not officially disclosed; Israeli press reported roughly $70 million. Seekret's ~25-person team joined Datadog's Israel operation.

Datadog operates an Israeli subsidiary (Datadog Israel Ltd., reg. 516464922) with a development center in Tel Aviv's ToHa Tower, built around the Ozcode and Seekret teams. Former Ozcode CEO Shimon Hason headed the Israel operation through the Seekret acquisition, when the center had about 40 employees with a stated aim of growing to hundreds; Hason left Datadog in March 2025 to become CEO of Incredibuild, and no successor as head of Datadog Israel is identified in available sources. In July 2025, Israeli and international press reported Datadog was in advanced talks to buy Israeli-founded cloud-security firm Upwind Security for up to $1 billion; as of this check in September 2026, no completion had been announced.
