Kinder is a confectionery brand of the Italian group Ferrero, and everything documented about Kinder and Israel is commercial: Ferrero has run its own Israeli operation from Holon through official distributor Premium Confectionery & Trading Company Ltd since 2016 (replacing its long-standing importer Leyman Schlissel), it markets a local Kinder range, and in August 2024 it launched Kinderini cookies in Israel with OU and Chief Rabbinate kosher certification. No donation, in-kind aid, sponsorship, investment or statement of support for Israel, its government or its military has been documented for either the Kinder brand or Ferrero, and Ferrero has no factories in Israel. Viral posts calling for a Kinder boycott cite only this market presence — and, in one recurring version, a non-existent Ferrero 'Asian headquarters' in Holon, which Ferrero's own site describes simply as its Israeli operation.
