Other frequently cited links need precise attribution: the 2015 Singulariteam venture fund in Tel Aviv was backed by Tencent co-founders personally, not by Tencent Holdings; and reports in July 2026 that Tencent was in talks to buy Israeli game studio SuperPlay from Playtika for $1-1.5 billion remained unconfirmed negotiations with no completed deal.
