Danaher is a US science and technology conglomerate whose operating companies include Beckman Coulter, Cepheid, Cytiva, Pall, Leica Microsystems and Esko. Its one substantial Israeli transaction was the $100 million purchase of the Hod Hasharon print-inspection company AVT in 2017, an ownership that ended when Esko agreed to sell the business back to Israeli buyers in December 2024.
