Does Global-e Online Ltd. support Israel?

Israeli company: incorporated in Israel in February 2013 and headquartered at 9 HaPsagot Street, Petah Tikva, where it leases roughly 83,000 sq ft of offices (per its SEC annual report) and runs its main R&D. Founded by three Israeli executives — CEO Amir Schlachet (a veteran of elite IDF technology units who commanded the Talpiot program), Shahar Tamari and Nir Debbi — it powers cross-border e-commerce for global brands and has listed on Nasdaq (GLBE) since its May 2021 IPO. Its filings state that political, economic and military conditions in Israel, including the war that began in October 2023, directly affect its business and operations.

Acquired ReturnGo, an Israeli startup founded in July 2020 by Aviad Raz, Assi Abramovich and Eyal Rosenthal whose AI platform manages e-commerce returns and exchanges; terms were not disclosed. The deal folds another Israeli-built technology into Israel's leading cross-border e-commerce group.
