Halliburton's documented Israel link is as an oilfield-services contractor to Energean, the London-listed operator of the Karish and Karish North fields whose gas supplies Israel's domestic market. It drilled Energean's development wells there in two campaigns (a four-well campaign completed before September 2021, then the 2021 contract executed from early 2022). No Halliburton service contract for the Chevron-operated Leviathan or Tamar fields was found in energy trade press. The September 2021 award drew a formal objection from Lebanon because Karish sits near the maritime zone that was disputed until the US-brokered Israel–Lebanon boundary deal of October 2022. Halliburton's own SEC filings mention Israel only incidentally (subsidiary lists that in 2001–02 included NUMALOG Ltd., an Israeli logging-technology unit from its 1997 NUMAR acquisition, and conflict-minerals country tables); its foundation's grants are US-education-focused and its PAC shows no disbursements to pro-Israel committees.
