Directly leases and operates the 560-room Hilton Tel Aviv — listed among the 42 hotels in the leased portfolio of Hilton's own ownership segment in its FY2025 annual report, not merely managed for a third-party owner — through Israeli subsidiaries Hilton Israel Ltd and Tel-Aviv Hilton Limited. The hotel has anchored Hilton's presence in Israel since 1965, alongside the managed Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem and The Vista at Hilton Tel Aviv, and kept operating through the 2023–25 war.

Signed a development agreement for two new hotels totalling 577 rooms on Tel Aviv's beachfront near Independence Park — a 176-room LXR Hotels & Resorts property (the luxury brand's Israel debut) and a 401-room Curio Collection hotel, slated to open around 2026. Hilton's EMEA development chief said the company was "building on Hilton's legacy in Israel," where it has hosted visitors "for more than half a century."

After October 7, Hilton's Israeli hotels kept operating and, like other global-brand hotels in Israel, absorbed evacuees from the Gaza-border and northern communities — while the Hilton and Waldorf Astoria brand channels went publicly silent, sharing no posts about hosting evacuees. Israeli hospitality analysts attributed the silence to fear of boycotts and damage in Arab and Muslim markets rather than any pullback on the ground.
