"Kellogg's" split into two independent public companies on October 2, 2023: Kellanova kept the international cereal business plus global snack brands (Pringles, Pop-Tarts, Cheez-It) and already has its own page on this site, while WK Kellogg Co — the company this page covers — took the North American cereal business (Frosted Flakes, Corn Flakes, Froot Loops, Special K, Rice Krispies and more) and the right to use the "Kellogg's" name on those products in the US, Canada and the Caribbean. WK Kellogg Co's own disclosures describe its operations as North America only; no Israeli subsidiary, factory, office or distributor relationship was found for it, unlike Kellanova, whose international cereal and snack brands reach Israel through the independent distributor Diplomat Group. WK Kellogg Co was itself acquired: Ferrero SpA (the Italian maker of Nutella and Tic Tac) agreed to buy it for $3.1 billion in July 2025, and the deal closed September 26, 2025, making WK Kellogg Co a Ferrero subsidiary. A federal WK Kellogg Co PAC (funded by employees) exists and its recent disbursements went entirely to US candidate committees, not pro-Israel committees. Older claims that "Kellogg's" supplied the Israeli military during the 2008-09 Gaza offensive, ran a factory at Mevo Dotan, or supplied IDF canteens predate this split, are not tied specifically to WK Kellogg Co, and remain unverified — even the advocacy research page that surveys them (OpenIntel) labels them explicitly as not established findings.

  Searched for Kellogg's/Pringles + Israel donation/boycott/soldiers. Found only the pre-split 2010 Operation Cast Lead donation claim and boycott-list chatter, none of it attributable specifically to WK Kellogg Co (formed 2023, North America-only), and none corroborated by a primary source or fact-checker. No October 7-era statement or donation from either Kellogg successor company was found.
• Nonprofit tax filings (Form 990) — 2026-09-23
  Most "Kellogg" nonprofits in ProPublica's index are unrelated (Kellogg, Idaho civic groups; Kellogg, Iowa community funds). The one plausible corporate vehicle, Kelloggs Corporate Citizenship Fund (EIN 38-3167772, Battle Creek MI, ruling 1995), is small (~$130K revenue, ~$2.7M in contributions in its most recent filing) and its 990-PF summary data lists no Israel-linked grantee; its post-2023-split ownership (Kellanova vs. WK Kellogg Co) is unclear from public filings. The W.K. Kellogg Foundation (also Battle Creek) is an independent philanthropy created by the founder's trust, not a WK Kellogg Co entity, confirmed via Kellanova's own prior research pass.
