Does Perion Network Ltd. support Israel?

Israeli company through and through: founded in November 1999 as IncrediMail Ltd. by brothers Yaron and Ofer Adler, renamed Perion Network in 2011, and headquartered in Holon in the Tel Aviv area, where its management and much of its R&D sit. It completed a Nasdaq IPO in February 2006 and added a secondary listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in December 2007; today it is a dual-listed digital-advertising technology group serving mainly US advertisers from its Israeli base.

CEO Tal Jacobson used Perion's public platforms to back Israel during the war: opening the November 1, 2023 earnings call with 'profound sympathy and support' for employees and colleagues in Israel and declaring 'Israel is the most resilient people on earth… Israelis thrive, come together, and overcome any difficulties,' and telling Calcalist days later that 'Israeli companies' phenomenal performance at this time is more important than ever for the public perception of our economic resilience' and 'In wartime, under fire, we will push the technology and the industry forward.'
