TSMC has no recorded donations, investments or operations supporting Israel. The Taiwanese chip foundry has no fabs, offices or subsidiaries in Israel in its SEC filings; the only Israel mentions in its 20-F annual reports are boilerplate (Taiwan's double-taxation-treaty country list and an independent director's personal board seat at Israeli startup Foretellix). Its ties to Israel are ordinary customer and channel relationships: Israeli fabless chip designers manufacture at TSMC's Taiwan fabs, Avnet ASIC Israel serves as a TSMC-appointed channel partner (Value Chain Aggregator) for those customers, and TSMC held a customer technology workshop in Herzliya in 2022.
