The one act of support for Israel on record is in kind: in October 2018 Zoom gifted a university-wide deployment of its video-communications platform to the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, with accounts for students, staff and up to 100,000 alumni. No cash donation and no public statement of support for the state is on record, and Zoom has no Israeli acquisition, investment or R&D centre.
