Aramark is a Philadelphia-based food-service, facilities and uniform company operating in North America and a limited number of other countries. No Aramark operation, subsidiary, joint venture, licensee, contract, donation, sponsorship or statement connected to Israel was found in this research pass; Israel does not appear among the countries listed on Aramark's own international pages. The one recurring Israel link raised about the company is personal rather than corporate: Joseph Neubauer, who was born in Tel Aviv and led Aramark as chief executive and then chairman for three decades, gives extensively through the Neubauer Family Foundation, a private family foundation whose beneficiaries have included Jewish institutions and Israeli ones such as the Technion. That is the philanthropy of an executive and his family foundation, not of Aramark the corporation, and no source was found tying Aramark's own funds to it. Absence of recorded support is not proof that none exists — it means none was found in the sources checked below.
