Cellcom is an Israeli company, so the question is not whether it "supports Israel" in the abstract but what is documented. Two things are. First, its identity and continuity: an operator of about 3.5 million mobile lines that kept its network running through the Iron Swords war and told investors it had the financial strength to absorb the war's costs — lost roaming revenue from collapsed tourism and lost handset sales from shuttered malls. Second, the UN OHCHR database lists it as entry 33 over services and infrastructure in West Bank settlements. What we could not document is the kind of wartime giving that several other large Israeli companies published: unlike Bezeq, which itemised waived charges, free connectivity for shelters, bonuses for reservist employees and the adoption of an IDF brigade, Cellcom's public filings for the period contain no donation figures, no free-service package for evacuees and no reservist statistics. That absence is a gap in disclosure, not proof that nothing was given — our records are a floor, not a ceiling.
