Compass Group plc is the world's largest contract-catering and food-services company, with around 580,000 employees in some 30 countries. It states in its own published accounts that it is not present in Israel: the Strategic Report in its 2024 and 2025 Annual Reports, and the full-year results announcements released through the London Stock Exchange in November 2024 and November 2025, all say that 'while we do not operate in Israel or the Palestinian territories, we do have limited interests elsewhere in the Middle East.' No donation, aid, sponsorship, investment or contract linking Compass Group to Israel was found in this research pass, and its charitable arm, the UK-registered Compass Group Foundation, funds food-security and education work unrelated to Israel.   Searched for Compass Group operations, subsidiaries, joint ventures, contracts, donations and statements relating to Israel, including the period after October 2023. Nothing was found; the only Israel-related material is Compass Group's own repeated disclosure in its annual reports and results announcements that it does not operate in Israel or the Palestinian territories.

  ProPublica Nonprofit Explorer returned no US corporate foundation for Compass Group plc — only unrelated organisations that happen to contain the word 'Compass'. Compass Group's philanthropy runs through the UK-registered Compass Group Foundation, which is outside IRS 990 reporting, so no US grant schedule could be examined for Israel-linked grantees.
