Doritos is a Frito-Lay brand of PepsiCo, and no donation, statement or campaign concerning Israel has been documented for the Doritos brand itself. Its Israel link is industrial: Doritos sold in Israel is made in Sderot by Strauss Frito Lay Ltd., the 50/50 joint venture between PepsiCo's Frito-Lay and Israel's Strauss Group, which has held the exclusive Israeli snack licence since 1991-92 — a joint venture, not a Doritos subsidiary, so its plant, its wartime decisions and its employee support are its own.
