Gatorade is a PepsiCo brand (acquired with Quaker Oats in 2001), and no donation, sponsorship or statement concerning Israel has been documented for the Gatorade brand itself. Its only documented Israel link is commercial distribution: Gatorade reaches Israeli shelves through Tempo Beverages, the independent Israeli licensee of PepsiCo drinks — an importer-distributor relationship, not an Israeli Gatorade subsidiary, and no Gatorade sponsorship of an Israeli club or national team is on record. Parent-level actions are attributed to PepsiCo on its own page: the PepsiCo Foundation pledged $1 million in October 2023 to humanitarian organizations serving both Israel and Gaza with 2-to-1 employee matching; PepsiCo bought Israel's SodaStream for $3.2 billion in 2018 and its SEC subsidiary exhibit lists the SodaStream companies, So Spark Ltd. and VentureCo (Israel) Ltd. as Israeli entities; and PepsiCo's Frito-Lay owns 50% of Strauss Frito Lay Ltd., the snack maker in Sderot.
