iPhone is a product of Apple Inc., not a separate company, and no donation, sponsorship or statement about Israel has ever been made in the iPhone brand's own name. What is brand-relevant is engineering: Apple's Israeli R&D centers, built on the 2012 Anobit and 2013 PrimeSense acquisitions, design silicon and sensor technology that ends up in iPhones — Apple's own silicon chief has said so on the record.
