Kellanova — the snacking and international-cereal company created in October 2023 when Kellogg Company split (North American cereals became the separate WK Kellogg Co) — has made no documented donation, investment, or statement of support for Israel; since December 11, 2025 it has been part of privately held Mars, Incorporated after a $35.9 billion acquisition. Kellogg's cereals and Pringles are sold in Israel by the independent Israeli importer-distributor Diplomat Group, not by a Kellanova subsidiary; Kellanova has no manufacturing or direct operations in Israel. Boycott dossiers that name Kellogg's/Pringles rest on that third-party distribution — including Diplomat's role supplying Israel's institutional market — which is the distributor's business, not an act of the American company. The Kellanova PAC's recent federal disbursements show no pro-Israel committee recipients, and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation is an independent philanthropy, not a Kellanova entity.
