Does Kimberly-Clark Corporation support Israel?

Acquired 49.9% of Hogla Ltd., a leading Israeli consumer-products company then wholly owned by American Israeli Paper Mills (later Hadera Paper), creating the Hogla-Kimberly joint venture to expand production in Israel for local and regional demand. On March 31, 2000, Kimberly-Clark raised its holding to a controlling 50.1%.

Agreed in January 2015 to buy Hadera Paper's remaining 49.9% of Hogla-Kimberly for NIS 650 million (~$162 million, including NIS 40 million for a four-year non-compete), making the Israeli company wholly owned by Kimberly-Clark through its Kimberly-Clark Turkey holding. The business was subsequently rebranded Kimberly-Clark Israel.

Wholly owns Kimberly-Clark Israel Ltd. and Kimberly-Clark Israel Marketing Ltd. (both listed in the FY2025 10-K subsidiaries exhibit). Kimberly-Clark Israel, the former Hogla-Kimberly, is Israel's largest maker and marketer of non-food disposable consumer products, with headquarters offices in Tzrifin and manufacturing plants in Hadera (tissue), Afula (diapers and wipes) and Nahariya, producing brands including Huggies (sold locally as Titulim), Kleenex, Kotex and Lily. Kimberly-Clark's corporate channels have highlighted continued investment and output growth at the Afula plant.
