Primark is the clothing retail arm of the British group Associated British Foods (ABF) and trades as Penneys in Ireland. No donation, sponsorship, investment, statement or political spending by Primark in support of Israel has been documented. The chain has no stores in Israel: its roughly 450 stores sit in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, the United States and — its only Middle Eastern markets, opened through franchise partners — Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.
