Does Synopsys, Inc. support Israel?

Synopsys has operated a development, sales and support center in Herzliya Pituach, Israel since 1997, employing about 160 people as of 2023 and serving roughly 100 Israeli chip R&D centers and startups with EDA software. Israeli subsidiaries (S.N.P.S. Israel Limited, ARC International Israel) appear in Synopsys's SEC subsidiary exhibits.

Synopsys completed the acquisition of the Seeker interactive application security testing product and its Israel-based R&D team from France's Quotium on July 20, 2015; the Israeli team became the basis of Synopsys's application-security development work in Israel. Note: Synopsys divested its entire Software Integrity Group (including Seeker) to Clearlake Capital and Francisco Partners on October 1, 2024, when it became the independent company Black Duck — so this product line is no longer Synopsys's.
