The only 'Turkcell boycott' material found in Turkish media concerns a 2026 pay dispute at Turkcell Global Bilgi, which has nothing to do with Israel, plus explainer pages stating that Turkcell is a Turkish company with no Israeli connection.

  Turkcell is the one company in this Turkish group that IS an SEC registrant — it is listed on the NYSE as TKC and files Form 20-F annual reports and Form 6-K interim reports (CIK 0001071321). Its filings and the subsidiary lists in them describe operations in Türkiye, Belarus, Northern Cyprus, Ukraine, the Netherlands and Germany; no Israeli subsidiary, Israeli contract or Israel-related transaction is disclosed.
