Almarai Company is a Saudi joint-stock company listed on Tadawul and the largest vertically integrated dairy producer in the world by herd size, selling dairy, juice, bakery (L'usine, 7 Days), poultry (Alyoum) and infant nutrition across the GCC, Egypt and Jordan. No recorded donations, investments, contracts, sponsorships or statements in support of Israel were found for Almarai, its subsidiaries or its major shareholders acting through it. Almarai has no operations, subsidiary, joint venture or listed distributor in Israel; its only significant asset outside the Middle East is Fondomonte, the alfalfa-growing farmland it owns in Arizona and southern California to feed its Saudi herds — a US water-use controversy that has nothing to do with Israel. No published source establishes that the boycott caused those results, Almarai's own second-quarter 2024 revenue actually fell 6% year on year, and in any case gaining shelf share from Western competitors is a commercial outcome, not a position on Israel. Because Almarai reports to the Saudi Capital Market Authority and Tadawul rather than to US regulators, the absence recorded here rests on its own disclosures, Gulf financial press and news review rather than on SEC or IRS filings.
