Does Intuit Inc. support Israel?

Acquired mobile bill-pay company Check Inc. for approximately $360 million. Check was founded by Israeli entrepreneurs Guy Goldstein and Ahikam Kaufman and ran its development center in Israel; that site became the foundation of Intuit's Israel operation (Intuit (Check) Software Ltd.).

Acquired Israeli API-security startup Imvision, its third acquisition of an Israeli company (after Check in 2014 and cloud-encryption firm Porticor in 2015). The price was not officially disclosed; Israeli press estimated it at roughly $50 million, with about 20 Imvision employees joining Intuit.

Has operated an Israeli development center since the 2014 Check acquisition. In 2019 it leased a new Petah Tikva campus sized for up to 500 employees (about 180 at the time), calling Israel its second-largest development center outside the US, focused on AI, data science and information security. The site remains active: Intuit's FY2025 annual report subsidiary list (September 2025) still includes the Israeli subsidiaries Intuit (Check) Software Ltd. and ImVision Software Technologies Ltd.

Corporate benefits program, not a donation: "In response to the ongoing, active state-of-war in Israel," Intuit reimbursed its Israel-based employees and their families for up to 12 private mental-health care sessions (flat 448 ILS per session) for care received between October 7, 2023 and July 31, 2024, on top of its standard employee-assistance program. An April 2026 investigative report also described Israeli employees receiving months-long leaves to serve IDF reserve duty and the Israel office being designated a strategic growth site in December 2023.
