JDE Peet's — the Amsterdam-headquartered owner of Jacobs, Douwe Egberts, L'OR, Senseo, Peet's Coffee and some 50 other brands — has no recorded donations or support for Israel. Social-media posts asking whether Peet's Coffee 'supports Israel' trace back to its ownership chain: its then majority owner JAB Holding and Germany's Reimann family, whose Alfred Landecker Foundation funds Holocaust remembrance and democracy work — philanthropy that is not support for the Israeli state, and no direct corporate donations, Israeli operations or military ties have been documented for JDE Peet's itself. The company sells its brands in over 100 markets worldwide; a Wikipedia claim that it launched locations 'including Israel' could not be corroborated in any primary or news source, and no Israeli subsidiary, store network or named distributor was verifiable in this pass. Peet's is unrelated to any Israeli chain despite occasional confusion with Israeli coffee brands. On April 1, 2026 Keurig Dr Pepper completed its roughly $18 billion acquisition of JDE Peet's, delisting it from Euronext Amsterdam ahead of a planned split into separate beverage and global coffee companies.
