Pringles is a crisps brand of Kellanova, and no donation, investment, sponsorship or statement of support for Israel has been documented for the Pringles brand itself. Two ownership facts matter for reading the claims about it. First, Pringles passed from Procter & Gamble to Kellogg Company in 2012, and when Kellogg split in October 2023 the brand went to the snacking company Kellanova. Second, Kellanova — and with it Pringles — has been owned by privately held Mars, Incorporated since Mars completed its $35.9 billion acquisition on 11 December 2025; Pringles is therefore now a Mars brand, and Mars's own documented Israel tie is a 2019 foodtech research partnership with Jerusalem Venture Partners, detailed on the Mars page. In Israel, Pringles is imported and distributed by the independent Israeli company Diplomat Distributors (1968) Ltd, which lists Pringles among the Kellogg's/Kellanova brands it represents; that is the distributor's own business, not an act of the brand or of Kellanova. Boycott dossiers naming Pringles rest on that third-party distribution — including Diplomat's supply work in Israel's institutional market, a claim documented by advocacy researchers rather than by Kellanova disclosures — and neither Kellanova nor Mars appears on the BDS movement's official targeted-boycott list.
