Does FedEx Corporation support Israel?

FedEx Express acquired the international express business of Israel's Flying Cargo Group (FC Express Ltd.), announced 15 January 2019 and completed later that year after Israeli Competition Authority approval. The deal converted nearly three decades of agent-based service — Flying Cargo had represented FedEx in Israel since 1990 — into a directly owned and operated FedEx business in Israel. Purchase price was not disclosed.

After briefly suspending freighter flights following the 7 October 2023 attacks, FedEx resumed all international inbound and outbound Israel operations on 10 October 2023 and, from 17 October, operated its own Boeing 757-200 freighter rotations between Athens and Tel Aviv — making it one of the few major cargo carriers keeping air links to Israel open in wartime while rival UPS remained suspended. FedEx Express Israel continued serving customers inside the country throughout.
